Laura is a details person and thinks of EVERYTHING! She makes sure we don’t forget anything! Laura does a ton of inventory control for our spa department and is extremely resourceful. Laura is a great trainer for waxing, lashes, and makeup for the team and the words she uses are so smart. We all wish we could talk like her when we are talking about products! Laura is all knowing- no really she is. The team uses her as the go to resource for all life hacks. She either knows the answer or knows exactly where to find the answer.
